About Us

At Hometown Community Foundation (HCF), our mission is deeply rooted in the belief that recovery from substance abuse is possible for everyone. Founded in the heart of Pakistan, HCF has grown to reach continents, dedicating itself to the fight against substance abuse and the broader opioid epidemic that affects millions worldwide.

Our Journey

Our journey began with a simple yet profound vision: to provide substance abuse treatment and mental health support to those in the most desperate need. As we expanded, our focus broadened to include treating the condition and empowering the communities through addiction recovery education and sustainable health practices.

With over a decade of service, HCF has initiated more than 150 projects globally, touching the lives of thousands.
